Setup and control
Who sets the prices?
You do. Set your rates and rules once in your admin panel, and MAPI applies them to every quote it sends in your name.
Can I control products, surcharges and service areas?
Yes. Your products, options, surcharges and the areas you service are all set in your admin panel, and every quote follows them.
Will it look like my business?
Yes. Your logo, colours and details are set in your admin panel, and the quote tool goes straight onto your own website and social media.
How much setup is involved?
Your branding, rates and options are all set in the admin panel. We give you step-by-step instructions, and we’re here to help whenever you need us.
Plans and billing
Which plan is right for me?
Starter suits owner-operators: one tradesperson, plus a couple of office support staff. Growth suits growing teams running several crews. Enterprise is for businesses with multiple locations or brands, with a custom quote.
What are AI credits?
Every quote uses a little mapping and AI. Your plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits that covers all of it, so there are no surprise bills.
How does introductory pricing work?
Starter is $49 a month and Growth is $89 a month for your first 3 monthly payments. From your fourth month, Starter is $199 a month and Growth is $399 a month. All prices are in AUD and include GST.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the Manage billing link at the bottom of every page. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
